Because of how they see things, it determines the actions they consider taking and their behaviours, which then determines the results they get. In turn, these results provide feedback on their way of being and how they perceive the world (voilà, a loop!).
Humans are creatures of habit. Through life, we've formed our own being-actions-results-feedback loop that have brought us successes and 'failures' in life.
